Conway Capital Partners is an entrepreneur lead family office that actively invests in and purchases businesses in the $10-$150m revenue range, across all sectors. We specialize in mergers and acquisitions, improving the availability of capital, and creating opportunities for small to medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) to scale. The firm was founded by Steve & Colin Conway with offices in Sarasota, FL and Raleigh, NC. The Conway family's holdings currently consists of a number of direct investments in Automotive Services, Franchises, Real Estate, Media, Alternative Health, and Alternative Lending. In addition to making structured debt, equity, and hybrid investments into private operating companies, we also invest in special situations including turnarounds, restructurings.

Colin Conway
Principal
Mr. Conway is an entrepreneur and investor who acquired over 15 different operating businesses in a variety of sectors. He spent the early part of his career in different aspects of the capital markets and alternative investments including hedge fund, private equity, merchant banking, structured finance and commercial real estate. He now specializes in buying or investing in companies in need of restructurings and recapitalizations as well as taking companies public and utilizing the capital markets to create shareholder value.
